A leading global web services company is seeking a Technical Support Representative with strong troubleshooting and communication skills who is passionate about the consumer and helping them get the most of the product, investigating & troubleshooting issues to ensure consumer feedback flows to product teams & driving improvements.
As part of an operational team focusing on delivering excellent customer care, the successful candidate will become the voice of our regional users by listening to what users have to say through regional user feedback.
‐ Supporting users primary in the Japan region who use various web based products, but also with an opportunity to support users across the APAC region.
‐ Reaching out to our users for additional information and responding to users queries via various channels (e.g forum, online store reviews, email) when need arises
‐ Some translation work might be requested from English to Japanese and vice versa.
