Global technology consulting company is hiring a Java Project Lead (Backend Developer)!  

【Responsibilities】
‐ Must be highly skilled in Java and J2EE technology
‐ Should be good at designing databases and must have hands-on Coding experience
‐ Having experience in web application development using core Java, JSP, and Servlets.
‐ Having working experience of 7 ~ 8 years, and perform the role of Technical Lead designing & delivering technical solutions
‐ Must be good in designing backend databases
‐ Should be able to provide technical solutions
‐ Should be aware of newer Java related technologies
‐ Should have some client-facing experience
‐ Should be able to guide the team technically and able to solve issues at critical times.
‐ Good to have knowledge on any backend RDBMS
‐ Good to have exposure on-site off-shore business model
