A leading global web services company is seeking a Technical Solutions Specialist to play a critical role in the development and implementation of Android Enterprise solutions by working closely with partners and customers assisting all aspects of system design, prototype development, testing, documentation, training, implementation, and initial support and maintenance.
1. Technical Support, Troubleshooting (40%)
‐ Technical troubleshooting & debug support for Android Enterprise partners including carriers, resellers, device manufacturers (OEMs), and enterprise mobility management (EMM) partners.
2. Consulting, Testing (40%)
‐ Act as an SME on Android enterprise deployment scenarios with strategic Enterprise Mobility Management solutions in various customer environments with the ability to identify technical objections and develop strategies to resolution. Proactively setup milestones with the partner to provide support and inputs to ensure major strategic deployments go smoothly.
3. Education, Knowledge Share (20%)
‐ Develop and deploy technical training materials & events to our partner ecosystem on Android Enterprise including technical features, security, objection handling techniques, and deployment best practices, FAQ, Knowledge share etc

‐ 5+ years of relevant field experience in technical debug and support
‐ Functional knowledge of the Android platform with the ability to explain the platform architecture such as hardware components, operating systems, services and applications
‐ Experience with configuring and/or supporting EMM software solutions (eg MobileIron, Airwatch, i3 Systems, Axseed) and mobile application software.
‐ Knowledge of competing mobility platforms and use within enterprise environments
‐ A broad understanding of the typical challenges for mobile device management and data security within customer environments
‐ Be up to date on the current trends in the mobility industry
‐ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to confidently present in front of large audiences as well as strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
‐ MS degree in Computer Science or related major.
‐ Experience with network infrastructure technology (e.g. TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, proxies),
‐ PKI (e.g Certificate management).
‐ Experience with Email technology (e.g Exchange, Activesync) as well as Identity management technology (e.g AD, SSO, LDAP).
