An automotive related company is hiring Senior Certified Scrum Master. The mission of the Scrum Master and Project Management team is to keep software teams running with high performance and improve their process through Agile Scrum best practices, tools, KPIs and metrics collected through software tools.
‐ Champions Agile Scrum methodologies and coaches software engineers and teams whenever necessary to build trust within a team and across teams.
‐ Maintains daily close and warm relationships by “embedding” with software engineering teams and is a champion of their morale and happiness.
‐ Works with Product Owners and Stakeholders to provide visibility on team results and performance, negotiate workload and groom backlogs.
‐ Facilitates Agile team planning meetings, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives for multiple agile teams.
‐ Identifies bottlenecks by looking at the big picture and the interconnections between teams and executes on ideas to improve big picture performance (Scrum of Scrums, missing tools, impediments etc.).
‐ Interacts with teams of contractors or other group companies that may not be familiar with Agile and finds efficient ways to integrate them into our software process.
‐ Collects data on team activities and integrates tools and pipelines to make KPIs and org “productivity” visible to all.
‐ Make work visible to other teams to improve team alignment.
‐ Maintains and upgrades infrastructure with zero downtimes.

‐ Certified Scrum Master
‐ Calm under pressure and protects software teams from unreasonable requests and loss of focus.
‐ Has the ability to measure, identify and fix bottlenecks and impediments within teams and across teams by coaching teams and leveraging software.
‐ Experience with Jira configurations to bend Jira to the needs of the products and organization.
‐ Experience with creating custom Issue Types, Dashboards, Filters is a must.
‐ Experience with “under the hood” Jira data storage and SQL to help pull metrics is a plus.
‐ Experience with scripting and tooling (Python, Bash) to quickly analyze and visualize information is a plus.
