Global general insurance company is looking for a Platform Specialist who works as workplace engineer to lead on designing, deploying and consulting for Workplace environment which includes workstations, smart phones, other endpoint devices, and virtual workspaces.
‐ Lead technical of Workplace Area in Project.
‐ Technical Engineer as Tier 3
Work as a technical lead in project and co-work with Project Manager and other technical domains
‐ Work as a technical lead and coordinator in workplace specific project
‐ Work as a Tier 3 support engineer to resolve incidents together with Manager of the Workplace
‐ Work with Global technology office on standardization of technologies and infrastructure
‐ Contribute to and participate in globally-transversal technical initiatives
‐ Investigate and evaluate new technologies related to Workplace domain with contributing cost efficiency, improving customer satisfaction and assisting customers to achieve their strategic targets
‐ Implement new technologies in line with AXA standards and procedures with consideration of SLA and user impact.
‐ Manage and operate currently-used products, systems and environment in a cost-effective manner.
‐ Handover and knowledge transfer to workplace support during the delivery
