This is an exciting opportunity for global minded project managers to be able to work for one of the top E-Commerce Companies in Japan.
The Cyber Security Defense Department (CSDD) is responsible for securing the company's services for consumers, merchants and the company itself. It does so by conducting research, developing, implementing, enhancing and improving the security activities among all group companies.
The Project Manager will be required to work with multiple stakeholders within the company, including the Privacy and Governance, the Corporate IT, while can also extend to the regional security teams located in the Americas and Europe. The project manager would also manage procurement including RFP, solution evaluation and vendor managements.
‐ Manage delivery objectives that support CSDD's role enhancing and improving the security activities among all group companies
‐ Work closely with the project team Subject Matter Experts
‐ Conduct retrospectives / lessons learned and put forward kaizen recommendations to managers
‐ Project risk, issue and assumption management
‐ Identification and selection of 3rd party tools and vendors including procurement
‐ Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and balancing their expectations and different requirements
‐ Oversight, tracking and reporting of multiple projects on a weekly basis using agreed on format
‐ Risk, issue and assumption management
‐ Experience with project management practices, tools and methodology
‐ Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
‐ People skills to work with different communication styles and conflicting viewpoints to find a ‘middle way’
‐ Understanding for how to work with competing resource priorities between project and operations, whilst still driving the project forward
‐ Familiarity with corporate IT solutions
‐ Experience in working in the field of Cyber Security or as a security consultant
