As a PMO/Business analyst, your activities will ensure the success of a digital initiative project to increase customer Opt-in for the MSD newsletters. You will work to improve the internal UI`s in CRM and Web forms.
The second part of the project will be related to SFDC Service Cloud/IRMS – Call Center Integration.
‐Consulting experience as business analyst or project manager
‐Forecasting and analytical skills, with experience in Excel and Powerpoint presentations
‐Requirement gathering skills including workshop facilitation
‐Requirement analysis & definition experience
‐Experience in Project Management, creating/managing WBS, issues, risks, etc
‐Experience in system development project as Business Analysists
‐Experience working with CRM tools such as SFDC (incl. Service Cloud for Case Intake), Veeva
‐Experience with solutions in digital ecosystem
‐Familiar with consent/opt-in management
‐Functional background and knowledge of sales business processes
‐Experience in Life Sciences
