The company is currently piloting their table service and future service solutions to famous fast food restaurants. The pilot is in two stores, one in Tokyo and one in Kyoto. The pilot in these two stores will last for 2 months (and thus the reason for an initial two-month contract period) and if successful, as everyone is expecting, will roll put to all of their stores. The Project Manager's main task is to ensure proper communication with HQ, engineers installing the solutions in stores, the third vendor and the client. This is a long term opportunity. ‐ Oversee Project tasks and assignments and ensure all are managed and implemented based on timeline and scope
‐ Engage and Manage communication with all stakeholders
‐ Provide management and status reports, written and verbal, to all stakeholders
‐ At least 5 years of Project Management experience
‐ Strong with MS Office Applications and Google Sheets
‐ Strong communication and organization skills
‐ Ability to work from home and manage one's own time and priorities
‐ Independent worker with a strong sense of responsibility, professionalism and ethics
