A fast growing global apparel company is looking for an Information Security Architect.
Reporting to the Global Director of IT Security of Information Security Office, Security Architect role includes ensuring technical security controls for current, new system and solutions while maintaining the security framework and configuration management. He/she will be a key participant in the corporate security program.
‐ Establish and maintain security reference architecture and a requirements & baseline controls framework to be utilized during of solution planning, design and implementation.
‐ Design, develop and implement security solutions for various projects
‐ Engage with the security team to implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures during the solution provisioning.
‐ Design and review Service-oriented architecture for cloud-based services
‐ Provide input into the development and implementation of new or existing technology and software-based solutions throughout the organization.
‐ Provide input into and monitor changes to hardware, software and system configurations.
‐ Manage vulnerability scanning, penetration testing programs including remediation support.
‐ Minimum of 5 years of experience to play the security architecture role.
‐ Good experience with developing IT security reference architectures and strategic roadmaps
‐ Good experience with developing security best practices, standards and guidelines
‐ Good experience architecting identity and access management solution for large enterprises
‐ Good experience architecting network security and endpoint security solutions
‐ Good experience architecting security solutions and controls in a hybrid cloud environment
‐ Strong technical knowledge and understanding of security concepts (Application, Web and Network security, Identity and Access Management, Security protocols, Cryptography, etc.)
‐ Ability to perform security threat/vulnerability analysis by reviewing application functional design and define security requirements to mitigate potential risks
‐ Ability to review application functionality and architecture to advise and assist project teams on building compensating controls where security requirements cannot be met
‐ Strong knowledge of industry best practices and technologies to address common vulnerabilities and security risks
‐ BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related Engineering filed.
‐ Conversational Japanese and Business level of English.
‐ Specialist IT Security architecture certification e.g. SABSA, TOGAF, CISSP-ISSAP
‐ Other specialist IT Security certification (CISM, SANS GIAC, or similar) preferred
‐ Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work independently or with a team.
‐ Strong sense of ownership and driven to manage tasks to completion.
‐ Overall knowledge of the Retail industry (working experience preferred).
