【Scope of activities】
‐ Design architecture of the platform into client environment
‐ Ensuring Client requirements get translated into Functional specifications and eventually into a detailed level design of the company
‐ Making sure the platform solution is scalable and extensible
‐ Drive the adoption of best practices around workflow design, quality, performance in the team for the platform
‐ Exposure to a wide variety of technology problems and their solutions in client RPA environment
‐ Constantly upgrading the platform with the client needs and the technology
‐ Lead in designing, specifying and selecting information system solutions, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.
‐ Interfacing architecture design to AI/Cognitive, AI Japanese OCR, BPM, etc.
‐ Be part of the global team to exchange knowledge on the company suite of products
‐ Partner with our top tier clients, global consulting firms and major Japanese system integrator to identify best client RPA solution that meets their needs in terms of RPA strategy on enterprise level
‐ Experienced in assessing a broad range of technology solution particularly in Infrastructure design, ERP, CRM, Network, Security
‐ Working experience in IT programming and application architecture
‐ Experience in programming is a must
‐ Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to large audiences
‐ Some experience working with board level stakeholders
‐ Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
‐ Results oriented with ability to produce products that deliver organizational benefit
‐ Strong critical thinker with problem-solving aptitude.
‐ Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions
‐ Strong conceptual and analytical skills - demonstrating outside-the-box problem-solving skills
‐ Bachelor (Computer Science is a plus), Master and Doctor degree
‐ .Net experience
‐ Experience with RPA solution design & implementation
