職務内容

【職種名 | Position Title】プレミアムサポートエンジニア|Premier Support Engineer (Dynamics CRM)


オートモーティブ業界向けCRMソリューションのグローバル企業での募集です。

20年近い実績の中、昨年日本オフィスを立ち上げ、国内事業拡大に向けてプレミアムサポートエンジニアの募集を複数名しております。


.Net開発のスキルがあり、お客様サポート経験のある方の応募をお待ちしております。(入社後、自社開発の海外研修あり。)


【Responsibilities】

‐ Play a significant role in all aspects of solution implementation such as design, configuration, development, deployment, installation and operations support

‐ Engage in projects to deliver technical consultancy and develop custom solutions for clients

‐ Conduct technical discussions with clients

‐ Create technical specifications

‐ Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM and other applications

‐ Plan and perform data migration into new systems

‐ Conduct training on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM

‐ Understand the capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality and custom development

‐ Provide technical support to clients

‐ Research and evaluate web related technologies and products

‐ Needed to respond flexibly to shiftwork and On-Call duty

必須スキル

‐ Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

‐ Required skill(s): MS Dynamics CRM, .NET, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, SSRS, SSIS, Web Services, WCF, Active Directory, IIS, TFS

‐ Good technical knowledge and experience in web-based development using .NET based language

‐ Willing to travel locally and overseas

優遇されるスキル・経験

‐ Knowledge in MS Dynamics CRM / AX development preferred

‐ Knowledge in AGILE software development methodology preferred

‐ Working experience in the IT industry in similar roles consulting and client-facing experience preferred
