A global and one of the world’s largest Insurance Service provide is looking for a AI Business Analyst (Data Analyst) with in the Data Platform and AI Team.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze AI/ML-related requirements and define business use cases
- Translate business needs into technical documentation, data requirements, and model specifications
- Work closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Cloud Architects on the Data Platform team
- Support the design and implementation of AI/LLM-driven solutions (e.g., chatbots, document summarization, data insights)
- Prepare and deliver presentations, functional documents, and PoC summaries in Japanese and English
- Coordinate with global and local teams to align on project scope, standards, and governance
- Perform analysis of data sources (structured/unstructured) and propose automation or AI enablement opportunities
- Support documentation, testing, and training for deployed AI solutions

Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or AI Project Coordinator
- Hands-on experience with Azure
- Understanding of AI / LLM architecture
- Strong experience gathering business requirements and converting them into technical user stories or design documents
- Familiarity with data pipelines, data governance, and cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Strong documentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Confluence, or similar)
