Description
A Global IT Services company is looking for two DNS Engineers.
DNS is one of the fundamental Internet technologies. As part of the team, you will be responsible for specific tasks in DNS operation, design, and construction, contributing to our overall service availability.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that Rakuten's DNS is stable, high-quality, and robust
- Design, construction, and operation of Rakuten's DNS, mainly on-premise
- Make the right decisions while coordinating with the relevant departments

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)

Required Skills
- 5 years’ experience in DNS infrastructure designing, constructing, and operating.
- Experience of on-premise
- Experience of UNIX and Linux operation
- Smooth communication skills and flexible thinking and action
- Experience of organization/team management (Nice to have)
- Experience of making tools for operation automation by using script languages (Nice to have)
- Knowledge of scripting language such as Perl or Python (Nice to have)
- Experience of network infrastructure designing, constructing or operating (e.g. Switch/Router/Firewall/Load Balancer) (Nice to have)
