A Global IT Services company is looking for a Product Manager for the Point system division.

Responsibilities

- Develop a deep understanding of our platform vision, mission, and business model

- Build a strong relationship with businesses to capture requirements, identify improvement points, and lead change delivery

- Build a strong relationship with team members including tech leaders and architects, developers, QA, and operation engineers

- Be the domain expert in point platform and eco-system loyalty programs and be able to recommend improvement solutions

- Own the product development process from road map management through to feature creation

- Execute and lead of plans with a clear acceptance criteria

- Act as a role model to other team members when it comes to ownership, proactivity, and taking responsibility

- Be on-call for production support and handle troubleshooting where necessary

- Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field

- Experience in web system development (3 years)

- Experience working in an Agile development environment

- Experience in KPI-driven service development

- Experience writing requirement specifications and acceptance criteria

- Understanding of the technical architecture of web applications
