Description
A Global IT Services company is looking for an Engineering Manager for its Point Service Department.
The ideal candidate will accelerate its product, including tech, business, and UX evolution with your leadership and relationship building skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive technical vision, strategy, and architecture of the group
- Manage and grow a team of application engineers, and develop future leaders
- Manage stakeholders of other business and technical teams to establish priorities and achieve the goals
- Improve development process, with a focus on regular high-quality releases that align with our business priorities

Required Skills
- 10 years’ experience in IT field with 3 years’ experience managing a development team
- Strong knowledge of development process
- Ability to impact positively your own organization as well as related organizations to promote continued growth potential
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in parallel
- Ability to build strong working relationships with supervisors and stakeholders
