The Innovation Hub of a global consulting firm is looking for a Business Analyst. 

As a business analyst, you will deepen your understanding of the audit workflow and existing products, discuss with clients the ideal image of the workflow and the ideal image of auditing, and take a lead role in improving products, project management of the team, and proposing solutions, focusing on the upstream process. You will be in charge of the upstream process.

 
Responsibilities
- Under the theme of “Audit DX,” interview the needs of auditors on how to change the way audit work is done and how to support auditors' work
- Clarify the requirements by diagramming and documenting them using appropriate frameworks such as operational flow, ASIS, TOBE flow, Fit & Gap, etc.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements and incorporate business issues into clear and understandable technical specifications as user stories
- Work with developers and clients to coordinate scope and resolve issues so that functionality can be delivered on time and with quality
- Collaborate with data scientists and developers to conduct PoC and propose solutions based on the latest technology and audit trends
