Description

A golf management brand under a major investment group is seeking a Head of Marketing.

 

Responsibilities

- Updating and revamping work as website administrator

- Analyze and propose improvements to improve sales using GA4 and BI (Business Intelligence)

- Driving quality traffic through collaboration with other channel marketing (MA, SEO, SEM, SNS, display ads, etc.)

- Preparation of documents such as specifications, budgets, analyses, and presentation materials: budget and schedule management

- Progress management in collaboration with in-house development staff and production companies

- Communication with other departments

The company is very international and covers several fast-growing brands in the leisure industry.

 

【Working Hours】

9:00-18:00 (Monday-Friday) *Hybrid work hours

 

【Holidays】

2 days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays), year-end and New Year holidays, annual paid vacations, other special vacations, etc., specified leave, condolence leave, childcare and nursing care leave, (125 days off per year), etc.

Required Skills

- Experience in web business, web development, and operations in a business enterprise

- Experience with project management tools (e.g., backlogs)

- Knowledge of website improvement methods such as AB testing

- Knowledge of SEO and operational experience

- Knowledge and operational experience with CMS

- Knowledge and working experience of analysis using GA4, etc.

- Knowledge and working experience of analysis using Google Tag Manager

- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JS development

- Experience in directing and coordinating with development vendors in web direction

- Experience managing schedules and budgets with an awareness of deadlines, and managing team members
