Responsibilities
- Manage team members to develop and implement operational targets and contribute to the achievement of the department’s goals.
- Take responsibility for communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Keep in touch with engineering trends and use this knowledge to form opinions on software architecture and technology to craft elegant, scalable, and innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Direct the team to propose new initiatives that bring added value and contribute to the achievement of the department's and company's medium to long-term strategic goals.
- Build your team up, by identifying the skills and expertise necessary for success, and working together with them to define roadmaps that motivate them to achieve even greater results.
- Hire and support the professional development of software engineers and teams through appropriate feedback, coaching, goal setting, mentoring, and training

【Working Hours】
9:00am - 5:00pm Mon-Fri (Hybrid: 2 days in office and 3 days WFH every week)
【Holidays】
Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, 14 days paid holidays (20 days from 2nd year), 5 days of summer holidays, 5 days of sick leave

Required Skills
- Prior experience in managing a development team
- Experience as a software engineer developing web applications
- Technical competence with both front-end and back-end development
- Expertise with Java, Gosu or another Java equivalent/similar language
- Understanding of the development of web applications on Cloud (any AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Good with modern relational database operations and performance optimization
