A global Asset Management company is seeking an Application Support Engineer for maintenance & support of existing sales related applications & systems, application & batch development as well as updating web content, business analysis, design, and project management.

Responsibilities

- Develop and support Sales Support systems - Salesforce/Seismic Platforms.

- Contribute to uploading and maintaining content in global websites

- Develop proficiency in Content Management (CMS) tools used for client reporting, factsheet and pitchbook automation

- Interface with internal business teams to gather and understand business requirements

- Develop and maintain webpages and web functions

- Collaborate closely with the design team to enhance UI/UX and webpage design

- Software Development experience i.e. HTML/ CSS/ JavaScript

- Managing or making changes to a CRM system experience

- Experience using CMS tools such as HubSpot/ Joomla / WordPress etc.

- Basic understanding of SQL databases

- Knowledge of DB scripting tools such as Python/ PHP/ Perl

- Interest in finance business/industry

- CRM development experience

- Salesforce or Seismic development experience

- Experience working at a financial institution.

- As the team continues to work remotely from home, the candidate will be required to have his/her own PC as well as necessary internet connectivity & environment ready upon the start.
