Description

Fortune 500 Global Insurance company is looking for a strong Director of Cybersecurity & Security Advisory in the Information Security Group.

 

Responsibilities

- Ensure our Information Security programs are properly followed to manage cyber security risks which are the combination of threats and vulnerabilities.

- Plan and drive a strategy in Cybersecurity and Security Advisory mostly from technical perspective to meet the objectives of company and the organization.

- Lead/participate in any relevant forums to discuss and assess new technologies such as AI to promote their secure usage.

- Act as an escalation point on all operational/technical aspects of the providing services which include BAU, activities and responding to security events.

- Assume the role of Cyber/Data Incident Lead to drive the incident response based on the Playbook, and continue improving the readiness.

Required Skills

- Experience in cyber security related field which involves 3 years or more experience in people management.

- Business level English and advanced level Japanese proficiency.

- Ability to prepare accurate reports for all levels of staff in an appropriate clear language and provide oral presentation.

- Willing to learn new things in technologies and information security.

- Business Application development experience or IT Infrastructure hardening experience.
