Description

A world-leading Insurance firm is looking for a talented Agile & Technology Transformation Team within the Agile & Technology Transformation Team.

 

Responsibilities

- Train teams on agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban and lean development practices.

- Coach teams through agile ceremonies and help optimize workflows. Facilitate agile ceremonies and give feedback.

- Help product teams with the transition to self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.

- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, tools and communication across teams.

- Facilitate organizational change towards agility through training managers, scrum masters, product owners and other stakeholders.

【Working Hours】
9:00am - 5:00pm Mon-Fri (Hybrid: 2 days in office and 3 days WFH every week)

Required Skills

- Experience in scrum role (agile coach, scrum maser, product owner, product manager)

- Knowledge of Agile Practices.

- Knowledge of coaching techniques and stance (active listening, effective questioning, and providing constructive feedback)     

- Knowledge of Product Management techniques (Product Vision, Story Mapping, Product Backlog...)

- Knowledge Agile project management methods and associated tools (Visual management, Agile indicators, Agile KPI, Jira and confluence)

- Skilled in writing effective user stories following INVEST criteria.

- Mastery of Scrum and Kanban practices (especially rituals such as daily meetings, retrospectives, demos...)
