A global insurance company is looking for an Agile Portfolio Manager who will report to the Head of the Value Management Office. They will work closely with the Product Owners to understand and prioritize the project portfolio in line with company strategy. They will understand and manage dependencies across the portfolio, optimize resource allocations to enable delivery of corporate objects.

This position will work to promote and develop best practices in delivery and help shape the future delivery organization.

Responsibilities

- Manage the agile portfolio within NN Life Japan

- Work closely with Product Owners on Intake and Prioritize initiatives in the portfolio in line with company strategy.

- Continuously drive improvements in the portfolio and agile delivery process and develop/deliver training to build best practices.

- Responsible for portfolio reporting and management

- Develop and apply best practices and tools for project portfolio execution and management reporting.

- Maintain a library of portfolio documentation and presentation material. Provide consistent and effective portfolio dashboards, scorecards and reports that reflect the performance of the project’s portfolio.
