techniques and good with agile methodology.

Responsibilities

- Lead & encourage team spirit and teamwork within the team.

- Guide the team on using Agile practices to maximize value.

- Help create a safe environment where issues can be shared & discussed in order to be solved.

- Identify & act on opportunities for team members to grow (KT, Feedback sessions, Shadowing…)

- Help the Product Owner to create and maintain the team’s backlog, to prioritize by value, to communicate with

9:00am - 5:00pm Mon-Fri (Hybrid: 2 days in office and 3 days WFH every week)
