Description

A leading Digital Asset and Payment Security Solutions company looking for a Technical Program Manager.

 

Responsibilities

- Understand program requirements and turn them into milestones and deliverables that can be conveyed to team members.

- Track the progress of initiatives, identify roadblocks, and issues to stakeholders and management.

- Effectively report progress and other performance metrics to grasp the real status of the initiatives.

- Ability to create relevant presentations, memos, follow-up actions, and other documentation for team members and management.

- Be a team player with strong leadership skills, attention to details, ability to navigate complexity, and understanding of PM methodologies and tools (Agile/Waterfall)

Required Skills

- Program Manager or Business Analyst (ideally Fintech or finance systems)

- Deep understanding of SDLC project management lifecycle, agile & waterfall methods

- Strong relationship building with internal and external project stakeholders
