Description

A European consulting firm is looking for a System Technical Support Manager.

 

Responsibilities

- Escalation and information gathering to the specialized teams outside of Japan as needed

- Incident management, communicating with each Global and domestic team, including related expert teams, when incidents occur
- Provide technical support for the introduction and promotion of new systems and tools
- Implementation, standardization, and continuous improvement of the technical support operation system, operating rules, information management infrastructure, and monitoring processes
- People management of the technical support team

【Working Hours】

9:30 am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)

Flextime (Core time: 11:00-14:00)
