Description

As a Product Manager for our client (an online services company), you will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of web analytics services (UI/API).

 

Responsibilities 

- Propose Product Roadmap and Execution Plan: Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap and execution plan.

- Define Business Specifications: Create detailed business specification documents and effectively communicate them to Technical Leads and Development teams.

- Competitive Analysis: Conduct research and analysis of other analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, and Google Analytics.

- Scope and Milestone Definition: Define scopes and milestones for product delivery, including Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and major version releases.

- UI/UX Collaboration: Create wireframes/mock-ups using prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) for UI/UX Designers and participate in UI/UX design reviews.

Required Skills

- Experience as a Product Manager managing a product with an active user base, including 2 years of proficiency with SQL.

- Experience in developing and optimizing the product conversion funnel to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention, ensuring a seamless user journey from initial contact to retention.

- Knowledge in data security and compliance, with a strong understanding of regulations such as GDPR, APPI, and other industry-specific guidelines.

- Advanced knowledge of enterprise tools in Marketing/Analytics such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar, with relevant certifications.

- Experience handling outages and critical business-function issues that impact revenue.
