Job Description

A security consultant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the security and compliance of our their Workday system. This role is dedicated to safeguarding the Workday systems and data, working in tandem with their clients to establish robust security measures and protect sensitive information.

 
As a Security Manager/Consultant, you will collaborate with Internal Teams to assess, design, implement, and maintain security solutions tailored to their unique needs within the Workday environment. You will be the expert in security technologies, including identity and access management, data protection, and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted consultant and advisor to the HRIS Director, providing expert guidance and support in reconfiguring and reconstructing security roles within the Workday environment

- Develop and implement security solutions in the Workday environment, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data

- Collaborate with clients to identify and address security challenges specific to Workday applications

- Utilize your expertise in security best practices to design and maintain secure configurations within Workday

- Stay current with industry trends and emerging threats to continuously enhance security measures

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle

- Assist clients in resolving security-related issues and provide guidance on best practices

- Mentor team members and share security best practices to foster a culture of security excellence

- Experience in security consulting or a related field

- Strong with security principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks

- Strong understanding of Workday security features and configurations

- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting security logs and reports
