Workday Solution Architect
A digital-first marketing, advertising, and technology services company is seeking a highly skilled Workday Solutions Architect to join them and lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of their Workday ecosystem.

This role is critical in optimizing their HR systems and processes to support their fast-paced and high-growth organization. You will report directly to the Associate Director.
As a Workday Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the Workday system, ensuring it aligns with the organization's needs and long-term vision. You will collaborate with internal teams, product managers, and the people team to provide architectural consultation, drive best practices, and contribute to the development of their people operations roadmap.
- Provide architectural consultation across all Workday modules and integrated solutions, including Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Talent and Performance, Time Tracking, Learning, Payroll, and Reporting, with a focus on Core HCM, Security, and Integrations
- Implement Workday best practices for system architecture, design, and build to maximize the value of the platform across the entire "Hire to Retire" ecosystem
- Lead the evaluation and selection of People technology systems and enhancements, assessing technical and business viability
- Collaborate in cross-functional design sessions to gather requirements, ensuring they align with customer needs and scalability principles
- Contribute to the development of the multi-year People Operations roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders and Internal teams
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, building strong relationships with leaders across People and IT teams to leverage Workday's features effectively

- Hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration and business process design and integrations
- Strong configuration knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM), Organization Hierarchy, Job Architecture, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Security
- Expertise in Annual Merit, Equity and bonus cycles, compensation plan management, and end-to-end HR business processes
- Experience configuring and maintaining the Advanced Compensation module in Workday
