Cyber Security Manager (2022-JP-671)
Description
An IT Solutions firm is looking for a talented Cyber Security Manager, to strengthen the internal IT Support Team. You will be reporting to the Portfolio Manager and will be hand-on in working with the higher management.
Responsibilities
- Implement the Group Cybersecurity Policy and Framework
- Control compliance to Group Cybersecurity Policy, conduct and support to assessments and gap analysis
- Monitor exceptions and remediation plans
- Prepare and lead the ISO 27001 certification process
- Work closely with the relevant teams and managers
- Define and monitor Cybersecurity KPI for the country (Japan)
- Deploy local communication and awareness programs for all employees
- Define and train relevant resources based on policies and guidelines (incl. Delivery business functions)
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for regional cybersecurity regulation requirements and collaborate with local Data Protection Officer and Legal
- Monitor risks & threats to take preventative actions
- Identify, control and report incidents
- Management involvement and reporting: report to CISO Japan, relevant cybersecurity industry SIGs, Associations, Consortiums
- Organize and maintain a cybersecurity committee, participate in Data protection and security Committee, Business Continuity Management Committee

Required Skills
- Work experiences on leading and maintaining ISO/IEC 27001 Certification in Japan and/or Privacy Mark (Japan)
- Experience building and maintaining compliance certification programs like ISO 27001 and Privacy Mark (Japan)
- Experience managing projects with diverse multiple team members across the globe
- Information security experience and/or IT audits
- Risk management and assessment experiences
- In-depth technical background with accurate and appropriate understanding of security concepts and practical usage
- ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) or equivalent
