Description
A foreign life insurance company is looking for an IT Support Engineer for their VDI team.
Responsibilities
- Japanese backup of incident tickets for the VDI team
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshooting regarding virtual desktop environment
- Support infrastructure changes (patches and upgrades)
- Perform PC/VDI software and hardware upgrades and patching
- Respond to tickets escalated by the DSS team
- Plan and execute deployment and testing of new deployments to client devices,
- SCCM packaging of new software
- Documentation and Training
- Collaborate on planning, design and implementation of new PC/VDI projects.
