A world-renowned consulting firm is looking for an individual who can lead the advancement and evolution of delivery centers by promoting global alignment projects for delivery centers, which are at the core of work style and operational reforms.

You will be able to promote the globalization of innovative initiatives for large-scale projects with a wide range of business areas (standardization of audit operations, human resources, compliance, training, facilities, IT, etc.) at the forefront of the field.

Responsibilities

- Core system operation of the Delivery Center with a focus on the Global structure and response to inquiries (domestic and overseas)

- Change management (assistance) for business process and system changes in line with Global and Delivery Center policies

- Communication and negotiation with each Global and domestic team to implement business requirements

- Vendor management

- Implementation, standardization, and continuous improvement of operational structure, operational rules, information management infrastructure, and monitoring processes
