Description

A Global Insurance company is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join and manage their Marketing & Branding Department. 

 

Your primary responsibilities will be to develop, implement, and manage engagement strategies to increase customer retention, NPS, and up-sell opportunities across online touch points.

 

Main Responsibilities

- Develop engagement strategies, plan and execute effective engagement initiatives across online touch points such as email, LINE, and My Page, and drive measurable improvements in retention rates, NPS, and sales through up-selling
- Work with data analytics team
- Ensure key stakeholders such as sales, operations, and digital marketing are aware of planned activities and drive a unified engagement program across the company
- Creating content and creative based on engagement and brand strategies
- Define engagement-focused KPIs such as retention, NPS, upsells, etc. and leverage analytics to track results and optimize program activities
- Develop and measure content success metrics, identify and implement recommendations and best practices to maximize effectiveness of content and timing based on analytics
- Create and update guidelines for the entire company to maintain consistent marketing communications
- Tracking of KPIs

Required Skills

- Experience in B2C engagement programs and implementing CRM programs using online (email, SNS such as LINE, My Page, etc.)
- Experience using marketing automation tools such as Marketo and writing business requirement documents
-Ability to communicate confidently and effectively to a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the business
