One of Japan fast growing Foreign Fin-tech Start Up in Japan is looking for an experienced Engineering Technical Lead to manage the Shopping & Discovery Team.

In this role you will lead the team and: 

- Managing the process from tech design to deployment and monitoring

- Work with modern languages and frameworks, cloud infrastructure and authentication layers, solving real problems impacting millions of users

- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team

- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals

- Liaising with team members, management, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed to standard

- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible
