Description

We are looking for an IT Service Management Executive for a major foreign life insurance company. As part of IT Service Management for a foreign life insurance company, you will be responsible for incident management, problem management, change management, trend analysis, and reporting to management for infrastructure operations. This is a great opportunity to be involved in the operation and management of a large-scale system.

 

【Responsibilities】

- Trend analysis and reporting (in English) of failure status, change information, complaint information, etc.

- Participate in various meetings (Japanese & English)

- Collecting various KPIs and preparing reports

- Support when responding to problems.

Required Skills

- IT Service Management knowledge

- Basic ITIL knowledge, customer facing experience (technical skills do not need to be high, but ITIL knowledge and analytical skills are necessary)
