Our client, a leading system integrator is looking for a Test Manager to communicate with Japanese client stakeholders in the insurance domain, and be involved in test project management, reporting, regular meetings, quality and budget control.

You’ll be overseeing different testing phases like Functional Testing, System Testing (ST), Integration Testing (SIT).

- Japanese client stakeholders interaction, co-ordination and management

- Lead testing team from Onsite and support the project co-ordiation with Offshore.

- Understand detailed requirements, design test cases, prepare test data and execute the test cases with the objective of ensuring least defects within the client and project specifications.

- Analyze the test in scope applications from E2E system perspective and Come up with the Test scenarios

- Raise and Track defects in Defect Management System.

- Experience in project management of testing teams

- Experince managing multiple teams

- Product Testing Experience

- Experience managing a minimum of 20-30 people preferred.

- Experience/knowledge in Insurance domain
