Japanese leading IT solution company is looking for a Subject Matter Experts!


Project Details:

Our team handles many global projects from Japan. The candidate will be representing them and be part of a multinational team to govern, manage and support the project development and implementation in Japan through an agile methodology. The candidate(s) who is certified practitioner as;

- Lead Business Analyst (Sales Cloud)

- Lead Business Analyst (Marketing Cloud)

- Lead Business Analyst (Community Cloud)

- Integration Architect


Preferable with experience on Automotive industry. The candidate needs to be with good communications skills to discuss with the client team/management as well as with the dealer team/management. The candidate must be able to work independently.


In this role you will:

- Experienced business analyst who is able to;

- Define requirement list though workshops with business user

- Lead fit & Gap analysis with CRM package solution

- Define key changes and business process flow

- Define roll-out plan for dealers

- Led integration modules design and implementations

- Define interface structure and specification co-working with existing partners

- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests

- Facilitate internal / external communication and effective collaboration

- Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in related project with similar role in the IT industry

- Strong program coordination and administration abilities

- Knowledge of automotive domains preferred, along with customer-facing applications in the same domain is an additional plus

- Experience in agile processes and tools like Jira, Confluence is an added advantage

- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure

- Fluent/native level Japanese required, English at Business level


- 5年以上のIT業界でのSalesforce.com関連プロジェクトにおける同様の役割の経験

- プログラムの調整と管理能力

- 自動車関連分野の知識があれば尚可、同分野の顧客向けアプリケーションの知識(尚可)

- アジャイルプロセスとJira、Confluenceのようなツールの経験

- 優れた批判的思考と問題解決能力

- コミュニケーション能力、対人関係能力

- 速いペースで進む環境で成功し、プレッシャーの中でうまく働くことができる能力
