業務内容：

自社サイトにおける大型機能追加やシステム刷新などをリード頂きます。

B2C/B2Bに関わらず同社のシステム全体を俯瞰し、裁量をもって幅広くご活躍いただけるポジションです。

具体的には：

- 中長期のTechロードマップに基づいた、システムのアーキテクチャ設計

- 将来のチーム構成や技術検証に基づいた、利用技術の選定

- SREチーム、海外拠点（クアラルンプール）と連携し開発プロジェクトの推進

※開発については日本及び海外拠点との共同体制となっております。

※現場での開発にももちろん携わって頂けますが、テックリードとして開発チームや技術をリード頂くことを主軸としたポジションです。

◆役割と割合（割合は％表示）：

アーキテクチャ設計（30％）：    同社のシステムの現状の課題や、今後のビジネスの展開を理解し、中長期でのシステムのロードマップに沿ったシステムのアーキテクチャ設計を行う

技術選定・導入（30％）：         上記アーキテクチャ設計を実現するための技術選定、技術検証及び導入。現場へのオンボーディング

チームビルディング（20％）：   ①Engineering　Directorと連携しチームのOKRの設計及び達成に向けた推進

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 ②日本・海外拠点のエンジニア及びPjM/PdM/QAチームと密に連携し開発プロジェクトの推進、チームの品質の向上への貢献

開発（20％）：                        プロジェクト・OKRの達成に向けた開発の推進

An online travel service company whose mission is to "deliver mind-blowing experiences" to all kinds of travelers around the world is looking for a back-end engineer.

Job Description:.

You will lead major functionality additions and system revamps for the company's website.

This is a position where you will have a bird's eye view of the company's entire system, regardless of whether it is B2C or B2B, and you will have a wide range of opportunities to work at your own discretion.

Specifically

- Design the architecture of the system based on the mid- to long-term tech roadmap

- Selection of technologies to be used based on future team structure and technology validation

- Promote development projects in collaboration with SRE team and overseas office (Kuala Lumpur)

Development is done jointly with Japan and overseas offices.

This is a position where you can of course be involved in on-site development, but the main focus of the position is to lead the development team and technology as a Tech Lead.

- PHP/Golang等を用いたWebアプリケーションの開発における実務経験5年以上

- 開発における技術選定やアーキテクチャ設計、プロジェクトのリード経験2年以上

- AWS/GCPなどのクラウドコンピューティングの利用経験

- Gitを利用したチーム開発経験

- 英語を使った実務でのコミュニケーション経験1年以上

- At least 5 years of working experience in web application development using PHP/Golang, etc.

- At least 2 years of experience in technology selection, architecture design, and project lead in development

- Experience with cloud computing such as AWS/GCP

- Experience in team development using Git

- At least 1 year of practical communication experience using English
