Job Purpose:

- The primary purpose of Infrastructure Manager is to have fully experienced professional personnel to manage/support all the Infra platform services(server, network & voice) running in their data center, branch offices with strong communication skill and broader knowledge/experience of Infrastructure (Data center/Cloud).

- Follow the design of their Global Standard Architecture and IT security to build/manage Windows Platform at Data center, IaaS/PaaS/security core platform in Microsoft Azure.

- Follow to the design, Implementation support of the Global Network standard within the country and per the guidance provided by Global network team.

- Develop and build network solutions in accordance with global IT initiatives or local needs

- Follow Project Management Framework(PMBOK base), create “Project Charter”, “Project Management Plan” and “Business Case” for the business approval. Then execute and lead the project with appropriate risk/stakeholder management.

- Work with local IT teams(Infra production/Application support/Business Partner/PMO), global IT teams for concerned global/local projects, local data center/network vendors.

Main Accountabilities/Measured On:

- Agreed SLA for Infra Platform services in his/her country

- Number of incidents related to the data center/Azure, network, voice solutions in the country

- Quality and completeness of the high level and detailed data center, network design documents

- Cost efficiency

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

- L1/L2 Technical Support of Windows/Storage Platform in Data centers(Tokyo/Osaka) of Japan

- L1/L2 Technical Support of Network/voice of Data Center & branch offices

- L2 Technical Support of Infra platform support in Azure Japan

- Incident/Change/Problem support for Infra Platform

- Management and operation of Data Center Platform/Service (Office 365, Active Directory, Skype for Business, Anti-Virus, VMWare, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, WSUS, SCCM, Windows Server)

- Management and operation of Network & Voice Platform/Service (Global WAN, Local MPLS, Switch, Router, Firewall, VPN, LAN, Wi-Fi, Azure Express Route, IP-Voice)

- Provide proactive necessary support to the Problem Management process ensuring efficient root cause analysis is provided avoiding reoccurrence of incidents

- Ensure detailed Technical Designs are created as required

- Ensure necessary support is provided to the Procurement team in revising the Supplier contracts and providing the necessary update on the licensing requirements

- Identify and propose new data center/cloud technologies and solutions

- End of Life, Global/Local roadmap management

- Disaster Recovery/BCP management for production infrastructure

Professional & Leadership Experience: (Previous experience in terms of time and complexity)

- Strong technical experiences/skill of Azure Infra Platform, Windows server/VMWare/Active Directory/SAN/NAS/Storage, Data center infrastructure

- Wider telecom and network technology knowledge/experience (e.g. Cisco/Meraki switch, router, Palo Alto Firewall, F5 Big-IP, Pulse Secure Appliance

- Data center monitoring/management tool (e.g. OP Manager)

- Server/end point device management tool (e.g. SCCM, Altiris)

- Data Base management/experience (e.g. SQL, Oracle)

- Data/DB Backup tool & Management

- Technical experience/knowledge of network/security in Data center(WAN/MPLS/Firewall/Proxy,etc)

- Project management or Technical project lead

- Very good work experience of stakeholder management

Education & Training:

- University degree preferably in a technical subject or any comparable education

- MCSE/MCSA/Azure Administrator Associate certificate

- IT network certification like CCDA, CCNP or CCIE

- PMP certification (nice to have)

- ITIL certificate (nice to have)
