【主な業務内容】

- サイトITの日常業務およびサービス提供の管理
- プロジェクトマネジメント: 新規アカウント導入、システム/ネットワークアップグレード、システム開発プロジェクトの企画・実施に関するチームとの調整
- インシデント管理。ネットワーク、システム、セキュリティチームと調整し、SLA要件内でインシデントを解決する
- 変更管理。ネットワーク、システムチームと調整し、IT変更のためにオペレーションチームとコミュニケーションを図る
- IT環境の改善 チームと協力して、現在のITシステム、ネットワーク、運用状況を継続的に改善する
- ITチームを管理し、高いスキルを持ち、プロセス指向でサービス指向のチームへと育成する
- 社内外の顧客満足度を管理する
- クライアントサイト訪問時のITサポートを提供する
- 必要に応じて24時間365日のオンコールサポート

A foreign major call center outsourcing company is looking for an IT Manager.

【Responsibilities】

- Manage the site IT daily operation and service delivery.

- Project management. Coordinate with the team for new account implementation, system/network upgrade, or system development project planning and implementation.

- Incident management. Coordinate with Network, system and security team to resolve the incident within the SLA requirement.

- Change management. Coordinate with Network and system team and communicate with Operation team for the IT change.

- IT environment improvement. Work with the team to continue to improve the current IT systems, network and operation status.

- Manage and develop the IT team to a high skilled, process-oriented and service-oriented team.

- Manage the internal and external customer satisfaction.

- Provide IT support for the client site visit.

- 24x7 on call support when necessary.

- 学歴 コンピュータサイエンスの学士号
- 経験 ITマネージャーの職務経験5年以上
- 仕事の範囲 部門横断的／複数プロジェクト
- コミュニケーション範囲：部門間および外部関係者（顧客、サプライヤー、協業者、株主）とのコミュニケーション

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science

- Experience: Minimum 5-year IT Manager role experience.

- Work Scope: Cross-departmental/multi-project

Communication Scope: communication between departments and with external parties (customers, suppliers, collaborators, shareholders)
