As an Oracle Argus Technical support engineer, you are expected to have SME Level expertise in the key technical areas including:

- Argus safety solutions,

- Pharmacovigilance Operations

- Pharmacovigilance Systems

- PV

- Argus Product Configuration

- Data migration

- E2B R2/R3, and

- Argus Implementation

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- You must have strong knowledge in Oracle Database

- You will be providing ongoing Maintenance and Support activities

- Argus Safety support, maintenance & development

- Strong end-to-end Argus system implementation experience for Global and Japan customers

- Analyzing feasibility and impact of various Enhancements/Change Requirements (CRs) on existing configurations, before implementing the same

- Experience Argus Product configuration, upgrades, and data migrations

- Exposure to PL/SQL programming, OBIEE, BIP would be a plus

- Knowledge of Oracle Argus Japan preferred

- Work independently and as a team player, collaborating with peers and other team members

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Work experience with Oracle database

- Strong experience with Oracle environment

- Communicates effectively within the engineering team, operation team and with other technical and business teams

- Hands-on experience in data migration and integration with Oracle database

- Hands-on experience with optimizing database logic and performance

- Must have experience on Oracle migration
- Knowledge of storage, operating systems, and some ETL

- Platform management experience
