ABOUT THE ROLE:

One of our Fortune500 clients, who is a leader in the integration of IT and network technologies is looking for a talented bilingual Android Java Lead Engineer in the Tokyo Office, to support their Japan HQ.

This is a position with their India office, which has a subsidiary office in Japan and work with Japan HQ and their Global Markets to help and support them with IT Project Deliveries, and expansions. This is a Tokyo-based position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead communication with customers & architects; analyze customer requirements and assess the feasibility

- You will be involved in design and development activities, along with the offshore team

- You will also direct the development team to implement/extend features

- You will be responsible for designing and building applications on the cloud platform (Azure)

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Should have 5+ years of experience in Java, C++

- Should have 1-2 Years of experience working in Android/iOS development

- Good understanding of different frameworks, industry best practices

- Should have a good understanding of scalability, high availability, performance tuning, multithreading, data structure, algorithms

- Should have hands-on experience in reverse engineering product

- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities, ability to implement papers/mathematical/Algorithms to products.

- Should have been involved in design, development, documentation, and delivering the product end-to-end.

- Open to learning and exploring new technology/languages/frameworks for the project.

- 5年以上のJava、C++での開発経験

- Android/iOSの開発に1～2年携わったご経験

- 様々なフレームワークや業界のベストプラクティスを理解していること

- スケーラビリティ、ハイアベイラビリティ、パフォーマンスチューニング、マルチスレッド、データ構造、アルゴリズムをよく理解していること

- 製品のリバースエンジニアリングの実務経験があること

- 優れた分析力と推論力を持ち、論文や数学、アルゴリズムを製品に反映させることができる方

- 設計、開発、ドキュメント作成、製品のエンド・ツー・エンドでの提供に携わった経験がある方

- 新しい技術、言語、フレームワークを積極的に学ぶ姿勢がある方
