ABOUT THE ROLE:

One of our Fortune500 clients, who is a leader in the integration of IT and network technologies is looking for a talented bilingual Project Manager in the Tokyo Office, to support their Japan HQ.

This is a position with their India office, which has a subsidiary office in Japan and work with Japan HQ and their Global Markets to help and support them with IT Project Deliveries, and expansions. This is a Tokyo-based position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- You must have good Project Management experience in client handling, team building, Risk analysis etc.

- Since you will be managing the project delivery from start to finish, you will also actively participate in the business development support work, or pre-sales meeting for client engagement

- Strong Project management skills with a strong focus on timeline management and global coordination

- You must have experience in working with clients, doing presentations, and proposing timelines and solutions

- You will also be working with the offshore development Project Managers and onsite Development and Implementation Project Managers.

- You will have to provide strong inputs in preparing the implementation schedule, track the progress of milestones and identify risk & risk mitigation

- また、オフショアの開発プロジェクトマネージャーやオンサイトの開発・実装プロジェクトマネージャーとの連携する

- 実装スケジュールの作成、マイルストーンの進捗状況の把握、リスクの特定とリスクの軽減など、強力なインプットを提供する

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent)/MCA

- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager

- You must be technically strong with Databases, .Net, Java, and/or Mobile Applications

- 2 to 3 years of enterprise level software Program Management experience

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills

- 高いプレゼンテーション能力と交渉力
