One of the largest fast-food retailers in the world is looking for an IT Senior Manager for its Restaurant Products IT division.

Responsibilities:

- Overall responsibility for development and deployment of technology based solutions into the restaurants including POS, back office, and other systems

- Line Management of internal team members consisting of permanent and contract product managers who have responsibility for managing the execution of deployment activities

- Providing direction and focus for the identification and implementation of continuous improvement to existing Restaurant technologies and processes within the control of the IT Deployment group

- Device selection and lifecycle management for restaurant technology hardware

- Ensuring selected Vendor partners are provided with adequate direction, documentation and training to carry out all assigned deployment activities

- Contribute where and when required by to ensure successful and on-time delivery of department-level objectives

- Promote modern product management practices including agile development and user centric design

- Manage annual goal setting and career development plans for direct reports

- Regularly communicate plans related to Restaurant technology products to internal stakeholders and Franchisees

- Working with the technology leadership team to develop and communicate the annual technology plan

- Experience in the development or deploying enterprise-scale technology systems

- Expertise in software development (Windows-centric development)
