Senior Customer Success Engineer
They're looking for a Post-Sales Engineer for the Customer Success Team who can work directly with their clients to meet their software security, quality and compliance goals.
You will help customers unlock the potential of the Software Integrity Platform through hands-on technical implementations, process improvements to developer/security team’s workflows and in general becoming a trusted advisor for the customer. Representing their customers means that you are the face of them and hence play a vital role in ensuring that they have happy customers. Your passion and determination will drive success for both your customers as well as the Software Integrity Group. As a Post-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for executing on the objectives and milestones of customer onboarding and enablement. You will coordinate with customers to set objectives and achieve milestones on the path to customer adoption as well as facilitate ongoing health checks. You will gain experience in the entire suite of products available within the Software Integrity Platform. Customer Success is delivered to customers as part of fixed-scope packages as well as a more traditional customized statements of work (SOW).
In other organizations the post-sales function that Customer Success provides is often called Professional Services but they look to focus on making the customer succeed.

- Experience working with at least two programming languages namely C/C++, C# or Java
- Understanding of open-source software libraries such as glib, OpenSSL, Boost, etc. and their associated licensing
- Experience with project scoping, requirements gathering and software development lifecycles
- Experience in the customer-facing role
- Knowledge of build systems and software development tools / environment
- Experience at working in both Windows and Linux environments
- Experience in SAST tools (e.g. Coverity, Checkmarx, Fortify) or SCA Tools (Black Duck, Protex, Whitesource, Sonatype) is an advantage
- Desired experience with security testing and network protocols
