Our Fortune500, Global Insurance Client is looking for a talented Assistant Manager – Business Architecture, who is great at planning and leading business architecture to maximize corporate value with a long term view for better customer experience, employee engagement, and higher efficiency/effectiveness efforts. You must be able to Design business architecture aligning it with the IT architecture and its roadmaps.

You should be able to lead and motivate project members to consist of cross-functional departments for successful project delivery. If you have the right skillset, you are encouraged to apply for this role.



- Optimize company-wide business architecture to maximize corporate value with long-term view for better customer experience, employee engagement and higher efficiency/effectiveness

- Support building mid-term strategy and identify key capabilities to be enhanced

- Design business architecture aligning with IT architecture and its roadmaps

- Clarify business requirements, analyze as-is pain points, design to-be business model and calculate business cases in terms of customer/producer experiences and internal operating models (e.g., process, organization, technology)

- Support streamlining project portfolio considering engagement dependency and overlaps

- Lead and motivate project members consist of cross-functional departments for the successful project delivery

- Offer constructive ideas, influence and negotiates on high impact, high risk and highly complex situations

- Establish business architecture framework, tool, methodology, and develop/maintain business values and capabilities

- Support Lead Business Architect in the overall direction, guidance and definition of the business architecture to effectively support business strategy

- エンゲージメントの依存関係や重複を考慮したプロジェクトポートフォリオの効率化のサポート

- プロジェクトを成功させるために、部門横断的にプロジェクトメンバーのリード

- 影響力が高く、リスクが高く、複雑な状況へのソリューションの提供、交渉

- ビジネスアーキテクチャのフレームワーク、ツール、方法論の作成、ビジネスの価値観や能力の開発

- ビジネス戦略を効果的にサポートするためのビジネスアーキテクチャの全体的な方向性、指導、定義において、リードビジネスアーキテクトへのサポート

Required Skills

- Experience in related fields such as business architecture, enterprise architecture, strategy planning or business process re-engineering with the deep knowledge of those concepts and methodologies

- Demonstrated experience optimizing and simplifying complex business processes, technology and change programs across a complex organization

- Extensive knowledge of systems architecture, process modeling and excellent analytical ability, consultative skills

- Experience, preferably within insurance, financial services or management consulting firms

- Communication and program management skills, and the ability to work effectively with IT management and staff

- 保険、金融サービス、経営コンサルティング会社での経験があれば尚可

- コミュニケーション能力、プログラム管理能力、IT管理者やスタッフとの連携能力
