A global software and Cyber security company is urgently seeking an experienced, bilingual technical support engineer with a strong customer service/support mindset, excellent troubleshooting skills and with a natural curiosity to learn new technologies.  


The successful candidate will support large partners/resellers & end user clients of the company’s Endpoint Security Products.



- Provide Technical Support via chat, phone and email to customers and partners

- Provide assistance with configuration, troubleshooting and best practices to customers and partners

- Managing support service requests to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow up are done in a timely manner.

- Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues

- Communicate with R&D and Escalation team for solving technical issues

- 顧客およびパートナーに設定、トラブルシューティング、およびベストプラクティスに関するサポート
- 問題の記録、追跡、解決、およびフォローアップを確実に実施するため、サポートサービスに関するリクエストの管理
- 技術的な問題に対する障害の特定と根本原因の分析
- 技術的問題を解決するためにR&Dおよびエスカレーションチームと連携

Required Skills

- Technical Support/ Integration/ Technical Account Management experience
- Experience with Endpoint Security products and Active Directory, PostgreSQL
- Experience with Windows/ Linux environments
- Scripting/ code knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to handle stressful work environment
- Self-sufficient and autonomous learning
- Motivated to provide excellent customer service

  Windows / Linux環境での経験
- スクリプト/コードの知識があれば有利
