A global healthcare company is looking for a Client Experience communication and training specialist!


The Client Experience communication and training specialist is responsible for creating and executing strategy for launching and adopting technology tools within Japan market. Main tasks include planning, managing and executing communication, marketing and training plans, including translations into Japanese.


This position will be responsible for exhibiting excellent attention to detail, ability to translate information into end-to-end user experience, including customer-focused awareness programs and support. Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in oral and written communications and understand the training needs of the Japan users to create and execute training plans for the given region.


【Primary job responsibilities】

- Create/translate communication and marketing content for Japanese market

- Determine appropriate channels to share information with end-users

- Plan, prepare and deliver end-user trainings per local and global training strategy

- Create/translate support materials, including videos

- Continuously analyse and challenge end-to-end process, make recommendations and apply enhancements

- Champion and promote team’s strategy with stakeholders and throughout organization

- Create and maintain working relationship with current and new regional stakeholders

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Office 365 – especially MS Office, SharePoint, Teams & Planner, etc.

- Interest in marketing, current trends in communications and channels, and user training

- Advanced presentation skills

- Proven experienced in creation and delivery of engaging end-user trainings

- Fluency in Japanese and English reading, writing and speaking

- Understanding Japanese market and culture

Preferred Skills
