A large online travel agent is looking for a UX Lead! 


【Job Description】

From the user's perspective, the customer experience, services for online travelers, and reservation platforms for partners, UX lead is responsible for service design, product management and growth for optimization.


【Business Description】

■ Team management work

- Member development and management (4 designers in Tokyo and 3 designers in KL)


■ Design work

- User research with a qualitative and quantitative approach: User insight definition - User segmentation definition and Customer journey formulation

- Communication design

- Information architecture design

- Navigation design

- Rapid prototyping


■ Product management business

- Discover business issues and analyze deep moat

- Planning of problem solving methods

- Goal, KPI design, monitoring

- AB test design

- PDCA operation

Required Skills

- Experience in UX design, CX design, service design

- Experience in designing and building web services such as commerce sites

- Deep knowledge of human-centered design, usability, and accessibility

- Experience using prototype tools such as Sketch and Figma

- Fluent Japanese (N1 level) + Business level English

- Launching a member site for 100,000 or more members, or one of the following in UI/UX direction experience

(1) Experience in business and service issue extraction and solution policy formulation

(2) Experience in UI/UX direction for marketplace type EC services and matching services

Preferred Skills

- Cognitive science, information design, or degree related to this

- Deep knowledge of material design and Apple human interface guideline

- Product construction experience with design system

- Understanding of HTML, CSS and javascript

- Analysis work experience using analytics tools

- App design, design experience

- Project experience in agile environment such as scrum

- Experience collaborating with overseas project members
