A leading Fintech is looking for a Business Development Representative to help launch the business in the Japanese market and promote its growth.

Support business units so that they can focus on their jobs to achieve their goals.


The position is to find external companies to create joint programs and projects with.



- Planning and promoting new business.

- Forming an alliance with external companies, planning and running collaborative campaigns with group companies.

- Planning and promoting new use case business.

- Planning and promoting collaborative business with different industries.

- Research the Japanese market as well as foreign markets

- Create business plans

- Manage projects and progress report






- 新規事業の立案、推進(FinTech、国際サービス、B2Bサービス等)

- 新ユースケースの創出・異業種とのコラボレーション事業の立案、推進(スーパーアプリの実現)

- 外部企業とのアライアンス、グループ会社との協業施策の立案、推進

- 日本/海外の市場調査

- 事業計画策定

- パートナー企業との交渉・折衝を通じた協業案の作成

- プロジェクト管理、進捗報告

Required Skills

- Knowledge as well as experiences in working for a joint venture, launching new services and new business.

- Experiences in planning financial business plan, knowledge in accounting (Bookkeeping test level 2 or more.)


- In addition, you are required to have at least one experience or more which you can describe as your strength(s) from the followings:

*Data-driven way of thinking: The ability to think unstructured problems analytically, using quantitative and qualitative data.

*Ability to solve problems: The ability to think rationally to identify problems and analyze the root cause. The ability to take actions and involve others to improve the situation.

*Ability to communicate: Communicate with several stakeholders, understand their interests and concerns, integrate those interests and concerns, set up common goals to succeed, and lead them with effective communication.

*Ability to work cross-functionally: The ability to see and understand across all the business units. Identify the areas which must be improved, plan and promote new business with proper proprieties.

*Ability to manage projects: Not only create business strategies, but also lead the teams of whole business, manage schedule as well as the budgets to control the entire project


- FinTech事業(証券・銀行・保険・決済など)、国際事業、B2B事業における事業開発や事業企画で卓越した成果を達成した方

- ジョイントベンチャー、新規サービス、新規事業立ち上げにおいて、小さな成果を達成しそれをグロースさせた経験

- 財務的な事業計画の策定経験

- 簿記2級程度の会計知識


- 加えて、以下のうち最低1つ以上強みとしてPRできる経験があること

データドリブンな思考力: 構造化されていない問題に対して、定量的、および定性的なデータを用いて分析的に思考することができる。

課題解決力: 問題を特定して原因を掘り下げる論理的思考力や、 改善に向けて周囲を巻き込んで動く実行力がある。

コミュニケーション力: ビジネスの複数の利害関係者と関わり合い、彼らの興味や懸念を理解し、成功のための共通の目標に沿ってそれらを統合するための強力なコミュニケーション力がある。

クロス・ファンクション: 全社ユニットを横断して理解することができる。これにより、業務改善の分野を特定したり、適切な優先順位で新規事業を立案、推進することができる。

プロジェクトマネジメント力: 戦略を立案するだけではなく、ビジネス全体のチームを率い、スケジュールと予算をコントロールしながらプロジェクト全体を管理することができる。
