An IT solution company is looking for a strong and talented Business Development Manager.

We support the traditional, emerging and cutting-edge IT needs of customers with the right combination of technology skills, local capabilities and quality delivery along with flexible execution models including Onsite and Remote support (local and offshore) and serve industries, large or small, public or private, startups or SMBs, and support them to function smartly.

- Experience in presales, business proposals, Client acquisition and management from IT Industry.
- Also if any Project Manager who has acted as account Manager handling Client acquisition and Management with good negotiation skills can also apply
- Collaborate with the country manager on business development and sales operations
- Find new business opportunities and growth tactics in Japan
- Establish strong business relationships with prospective and current partners
- Conduct presentations and negotiations related to client/partner onboarding
- Develop strategy and initiatives to boost sales
- Conduct direct sales to enterprise customers as required

Required Skills

- Sales experience (preferably gained in the IT industry)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity in IT Products like -- ERP/SAP, or -- Digital Transformation Services, or Infrastructure Security Services
- Successful interaction with customers and abilities in the field of presentation
- Cooperation and Communication
- High motivation and ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility, reliability, and liability
